The Brandenburg Gate is a must-see in Berlin, standing tall and representing Germany's rich history and unity. This amazing monument, with its beautiful neoclassical columns and grand size, has witnessed some of the most significant events in Europe. The gate, constructed in 1791, serves as a beautiful entrance to Berlin. The design draws inspiration from ancient Greek architecture, showcasing twelve beautiful columns and the impressive Quadriga sculpture atop, depicting a chariot drawn by four horses. Throughout the years, it has witnessed wars, separations, and reunions, evolving into a symbol of Berlin’s rich history. 

The Brandenburg Gate, a striking landmark, stood as a powerful symbol of division during the Cold War, right on the border between East and West Berlin, with the Berlin Wall keeping it off-limits.
